A bold new office project in the heart of South Lamar.
While under construction, we needed to put together marketing materials that would tease what’s to come for prospective tenants. The brokers for the property wanted to highlight its unique construction compared to its peers as well as its convenient, up-and-coming location. I created a logo that would speak to its brand characteristics, as well as a color palette that would tie in with the building itself. The brochure brought everything together, and is currently being used to attract tenants.
