Plaza on the Lake recently went through a full renovation, modernizing the building and opening it up to the greenery outside. It needed a brochure that would reflect the feeling that being there gives you – comfortable, modern, and approachable. The serif font used spoke to the quality of the Class A office building, while the script font echoed the comfort and approachability of the area. I also brought in green as the accent color to reflect the connection to the lush space outdoors.
