Property Branding

This creative office building located on East Riverside Dr isn’t your typical Austin Highrise office building. It’s small, unique, curated – and it needs marketing materials to match that. In the gallery below, I’ve highlighted aspects of the building that inspired its branding. First, I needed to match the font used on the exterior building numbers that had been done before our company became involved. Consistency is key, and if a font has already been used for the exterior of the building, carrying that through is important. Then I identified aspects of the architecture that could be mirrored in the design – from its slanted lines, triangles, and circles to the colors incorporated in the buildout. All of these features influenced the logo design, and then carried through the brochure.
