Consistent Branding Across Materials
Implementing our corporate brand across all of our property materials.
A big part of Endeavor’s commercial real estate business consists of convincing others to invest in our properties and funds. One way of doing this is by compiling packages (equity, debt, sidecar, etc) that convey all the relevant information. These packages are usually around 30 pages and a wide range of people work on them, including non-designers. For this reason, I included instructions within the InDesign document explaining how to use the template – how to place images, what size to make their content, etc.
